Under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 (NZ), you are entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund if a product is faulty, damaged, or not as described.

Within 30 days of receiving your order for most issues.
Up to 90 days after delivery for genuine defects where the problem only becomes apparent later.
We will arrange a replacement or refund to your original payment method, based on your preference.
Store credit may also be offered in addition to these options.
Note: Your rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act still apply beyond the 90-day window if a product fails to meet acceptable quality standards within a reasonable time frame.
Because our products are custom printed to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect size, or if you simply no longer want the item.
We may offer store credit or an exchange at our discretion.
Cash refunds are not required for change-of-mind cases.
Customer pays return shipping for:
Change of mind / didn’t like the item
Wrong size ordered
Item doesn’t fit as expected
General returns for personal reasons
We pay return shipping for:
Item arrived damaged or defective
Wrong item was sent
Item significantly different from description
Manufacturing defects
Note: For customer-initiated returns, return shipping costs may be deducted from the refund. This is standard practice and ensures fairness while protecting the store from unnecessary costs.

Include your order number and clear photos if the item is faulty or incorrect.
Our team will confirm next steps. In most cases, a replacement or store credit will be arranged promptly.
If a refund is approved, it will be processed back to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the transaction to appear.
If Store credit is applicable, Store credit will be applied to your account immediately and can be used for future purchases.
